Amazing apprenticeship programme, the support was always the best and a really nice course that was a perfect length. Have learnt many valuable skills and will take them onto any future job roles.

Ive learnt key customer service skills which i feel like would be useful for any future jobs and ive also developed as a individual with the skills ive been taught and developed on which i can apply outside of the workplace too.

The support that a received from the company was amazing, the learning providers were good, could have been areas of improvement but cant fault the companys support, british airways.

Its a huge organisation that has so many different areas to go into and develop yourself in different ways, all the colleagues and people i am surrounded by in work have always been nice and great staff benefits!

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?

To just be yourself and make it known that you want to be apart of the company and make a difference. Do your research on the company which will help show your interest.
