I support the day-to-day running of the engineering team by organising schedules, managing the holiday calendar, and making sure tasks are planned and completed on time. I communicate with engineers to gather feedback on systems, help prioritise workloads, and ensure everything runs efficiently.

I enjoy my programme to a good extent as it allows me to develop practical skills in business and administration, especially through working with engineering teams. While some aspects can be challenging, I find it rewarding and useful for my future career
