Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

• Monitor apprenticeship levy funding to ensure sufficient balance for current and projected commitments, tracking inflows and outflows to support financial planning and sustainability
• Developed and maintained effective processes to support the tracking of complex apprentice data, enabling accurate analysis and identification of trends
• Responsible for data input and monitoring of the Digital Apprenticeship Service account, including claiming and tracking incentive payments and apprenticeship levy transfers
• Monitor, track, and record End Point Assessment data for all apprenticeship standards, ensuring accurate and up to date information
• Ensure compliance with internal and external financial requirements, including Education and Skills Funding Agency apprenticeship funding rules and Lancashire County Council audit standards
• Prepare and present reports on financial, progression, and performance management data for quarterly training provider and agency account meetings
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data security and confidentiality requirements while managing and analysing key datasets.

There are opportunities to get involved beyond day‑to‑day work, including professional development and internal networking activities. I have also had the opportunity to take on a secondment role, which has supported my career development and allowed me to build new skills, work with different teams, and broaden my experience within the organisation.
