The support from my employer could have been a bit better, as I’ve struggled at times to keep on top of the learning, due to the level of change the business has gone through this year.

My training provider has been brilliant. She has been supportive and extremely knowledgeable, giving me ideas when at times I’ve been stuck for ideas.

Not as much as there possibly should be. However, a busy home life adds to the constraints to participate or organise these events.

Why?
I have been with the business for almost 28yrs and they have supported my development. I started as a temporary worker and progressed to Operations Manager, something I never thought I would achieve.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Parcelforce Worldwide?
If you work hard and want to progress there are plenty of opportunities across lots of areas within Parcelforce and Royal Mail.
