the structure was great - intensive training , constant support, exams and learning modules, then off the job training was once a month, the rest doing our operational job

Definitely- taught me all the ins and outs of cx service, how to deal with different passengers, how to remain impartial etc

All the time! Ive been to multiple professional networking events in my time, fully paid for by the business including expenses such as travel and meal allowances, always social actvities especially around festive seasons
