Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
worked on a group project where we implemented a hedging strategy for commodities futures (Strategies) and developed risk management software in Python and Jupyter Notebook.
we also had the opportunity to attend numerous presentation and events discussing the firm's roles, opportunities, and values, as well as numerous workshops with the intent on helping individual development

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
different aspects of the business were discussed in detail including their goals and future prospects, however, some aspects such as roles and projects within the software and cybersecurity sectors didn't get as much attention and were left rather vague in comparison

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
the company culture had a very professional, cut, and dry atmosphere where people were continuously being challenged and their skills continuously developing. within the teams, you are able to see the individual enthusiasm and a more friendly atmosphere. however, at times people did seem to be holding back criticism towards the company
