Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As a delivery consultant at Randstad, I would often have meetings with our financial services clients who have job vacancies that need filling. During these meetings I would understand exactly what they wanted in a candidate and dedicate the rest of my time resourcing and putting forward candidates that meet the requirements.
I would also prep my candidates throughout the process and close the deals once a formal offer had been made.

As soon as I started at randstad, I was given a high level of responsibility.
I had to manage accounts that were extremely profitable and important to my teams success.

The most valuable skill I learnt was how to operate and work collaboratively with my team to find solutions to various challenges we may have faced.
