Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am an audit apprentice at EY working with banking clients, on a day to day i work on the testing and analysing of the financial information of clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I would rate my experience a 5 out of 5, i have been able to gain a lot of real world experience working with professional accountants and build my confidence. I have found a lot of my good friends here and i enjoy coming to work.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have been able to greatly improve my critical thinking skills facing different challenges everyday and working alongside experienced individuals who make an active effort to help in your development

the organisation of my program is well structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is always a lot of support readily available and we are given mentors/buddys who are people who were in your shoes a few years ago which allows you to have someone to guide you with day to day problems
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is a lot of support from the training provider with direct contact with your lecturers and your queries being answered promptly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It plays an active role in my work as i implement theory into practice.
