In my roll I have advanced my knowledge in the trade with support from the other technicians when needed
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the apprenticeship that I am on because it took me years to fine a placement to the point I was rejected because of age then this company took me on and didn't care about age as long as your hard working
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt to master the basics of the job like service work and basic repairs then now got into the more in depth work like diagnosis
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is 4 days in the workplace and 1 day at college then if you get behind on the college work all you do is ask the one running the workshop or the boss to do it during work and they will sort something out from there
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots I receive time if needed during work hours to do college work if I ask and we have technicians around to share there knowledge as well to help when we get stuck on a job
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots we get work done at college 1 day a week towards the qualifications with the tutors help to understand what we need to do
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

At the end I will be qualified to do anything on a car diagnostics, repairs, a/c work
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have sometimes a couple of events we do the one that happens every year is a Christmas event where we relax and talk not only about work but personal lives get to know everyone there

Why?
Because if my friends want a job in the motor vehicle trade I would recommend Star Tech any day because of how nice the conditions are to work under
