The program is very well organised with constant upskilling sessions. It can be very full on when busy seasons collide with exams

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We always have good support networks when learning the content however as exams get more difficult, not seeing your teacher after my tuition may become more challenging
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

After every exam , the work I am doing really helps to me to understand the work I am doing. However, the additional training to do with behaviour and personal skills I have found to not be as helpful as I believe you pick these up with common sense anyways.
