Work in the baby room, feeding bottles, changing, putting them to sleep, dishing up food, doing baselines, bonding with them, doing observations, having key children
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Some of the workshops arent as helpful when it comes to writing up tasks after. The nursery don't prioritise letting me have time out the room to do work

The nursery don't give me enough time out the room to have study time or for my workshops. I find the tasks have short due dates and for a people like me who struggles to get it all done in one hit, I end up missing some of the deadlines
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My deputy manager helps me when I don't understand something and will often give me things to look at and go through to help with my OTJ
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel that as I progress further in the apprenticeship, I'm learning more and more about things I didn't know before

Would you recommend Bright Horizons to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I think it's a lovely company in terms of how the nursery presents itself and how the company manager new staff , but I think the company don't manage the apprenticeship well
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bright Horizons?
Go for it! But if your looking for somewhere to do an apprenticeship just know it's a slow process
