As a team, made marketing material for one of Deloitte's service lines (Risk)
Completed a team challenge over the course of the programme - a video pitch suggesting potential growth strategies for a fictional foodservice company, Baked by Kate, as well as service lines of Deloitte that would be able to help
Workshops on commercial awareness, confidence, money management

We were given lots of material to absorb throughout the programme about the service lines of Deloitte; the opportunity to create marketing material for one of the service lines definitely helped my understanding
Professionals networked with were very friendly and receptive to questions about their role

Improved my presentation skills through feedback from judges after team challenge
Not given a huge amount of time to do the challenge (allocated approx 1hr slots each day), so also helped with time management
Also developed my networking skills

Great culture - very friendly and collaborative while still pushing you to perform at a high level
Women in Technology programme so lot of emphasis on diversity and inclusion, and innovation

Virtual - so had its limitations in terms of interactivity but overall the program leaders did a great job of keeping us engaged
