Beginning this role, I had never worked in the field and essentially did not know anything. Over the first 6 months, i learned a great deal through working and learning. This includes technical ability but also personal skills such as my communication, organisation and my overall confidence.

4/5
We receive a great deal of support, the blocks from the training provider are often short courses but we continue to receive support from them, be that through check in calls or emails.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I believe studying these qualifications help the technical side of the role as it aids understanding of overall day to day work and improving understanding means that I produce a better standard of work.

Yes, there are a variety of activities to get involved in. Be that fundraising and volunteering to clubs organised by employees. Even activities related to well-being such as lunch time walks and bake sales to raise money.
