It's an extremely supportive environment to start your career in both your service line and the team you sit within, to the support network provided to you by EY such as your counsellor and EY Coach. You benefit from a very structured professional pathway, with clear progression and support in your professional examinations.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
I'd recommend tailoring your CV to the specific role that you're applying for, utilising key words associated with the job, and displaying your use of said skills through past experiences, whether that be extracurricular involvement or work experience/internship events. Showing genuine curiosity in the specific service line you're applying for, and interest in the potential role is incredibly important, and shows your commitment.
