Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day - to - day basis I usually do stock rotation, delivery shifts (Monday,Wednesday and Saturday), cashier, handing out leaflets and baskets, customer interaction, upselling and pushing SAS and from 2pm I face up the store and sweep up the floor to make sure it's nice and clean for the next day.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the day to day interactions with the customers and I look forward to coming to work every day because I work with a nice team who have accepted me and guided me with my journey.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very organised and set out in a very structured way as I have monthly meetings with my assessor who clearly explains the tasks when I need help.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive maximum support when needed with guided daily help. The team is there for me on a daily basis. I couldn't ask for a better team.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support I receive is beneficial to the qualification because he explains in detail what I don't understand. I look forward to our monthly meetings.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

When I don't understand a question he explains it in a way so I can understand more clearly.
