the support from my tutor can be awful at times as it took her a while to come out and opserve me and it takes her ages to mark my work and to get back in touch with me i feel she should if done more face to face appointments to help me get on the right path.

i try and perform as best as i can and the new skills ive learnt throughout the course as helped so much.

Why?

Because I love the job i work for we are a team and work as a team within the whole nursery we all support each other as best as we can and i just enjoy working there I cant wait to become qualified and work with them longer making more memories with the children and families but most of all with my team.
