As a Customer Insights apprentice, I support the delivery of clear, accurate insight that helps the business understand customer experiences and make informed decisions. Day to day, this involves managing and analysing survey data, producing monthly and quarterly insight reporting, identifying trends, strengths and pain points, and translating findings into concise, executive-ready communications. I also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure insight is aligned, actionable, and continuously improving as part of wider customer‑centric initiatives.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BMW Group UK to a friend?

Yes

Why?

I would recommend BMW as a place to work because it is a globally recognised organisation with strong experience in supporting apprentices. The culture is welcoming and collaborative, with excellent people, strong staff retention, and a wide range of benefits. There are many network groups and clear opportunities for learning and growth, and the apprenticeship experience itself is genuinely valuable for long‑term development.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?

When applying for apprenticeships, it’s important to build experience beyond the classroom. Personal development initiatives, independent projects, part‑time work, sports, or volunteering all help demonstrate commitment, curiosity, and transferable skills. Showing that you take ownership of your growth and can balance multiple responsibilities will always strengthen an application.
