Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

What I did on a day to day basis was putting out adverts, adding new candidates to the candidate portal for Randstad and helping my colleagues fill their roles, my main aim was filling the roles and growing my candidate portal whilst at Randstad

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Randstad trusted me with a lot, I was speaking to clients, setting up jobs and filling jobs, I felt like Randstad treated me like a proper employee and I had the best time whilst at Randstad, I would recommend coming to Randstad to anyone

My communication skills have grown massively since being at Randstad and the ability to speak to new people has definitely improved aswell due to the amount of people I spoke to on a daily basis

My managers and colleagues always supported me throughout my placement year, we had weekly meetings and always looked for ways I can develop which was very helpful to me

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

I can say that Randstad is a great place to work at, they have a great culture and offer a great work life balance, its a fun place to work at and they get the best out of you
