Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
I support the project manager by completing tasks such as timeline creation, following up with tasks, and ensuring other people complete their work on time.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

4/5
I get a lot of opportunities but the university degree is poorly organised.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

4/5
Project management, planning, budgeting, cost control, risk management.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

3/5
The degree is not very well organised. We are the first year group since they re-organised the course and we are often told we are the test group. This makes it difficult, as they often change things once we have done it and expect us to deal with the issues.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

4/5
My employer is very supportive. I have a workplace mentor who is very helpful and the apprentice team is always able to help when I need them.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

4/5
There is a brilliant academic support team to help with assignments and lecturers are usually open to helping.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5
It applies to my role perfectly. I have also completed an industry qualification as part of my course and this has been very helpful at work.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

2/5
