on a day to day i work as a robot operator completing core tasks such as paint reinforcements and helping with robot breakdowns

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i really enjoy my programme and i believe it will give me lots of opportunities for the future however some things can become repetitive

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During my apprenticeship i have learnt a lot of new skills including how to manually spray cars as well as some of the information about how robots work a d the issue that can occur with them and there programming

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

organization in the workplace is ok however sometimes college is unorgansied and have a lack of teachers as well as organisation of the teaching. as well as in the workplace you often get left not learning just doing the job

How much support do you receive from your employer?

any time there may be issues in the workplace i have know that if i need support i can ask for it and reach out to my employer if needed

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

this is something i have struggled with my apprenticeship is that college offer little support when it comes to completing work and sometimes there is no teaching on a subject that we are completly new to.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

my college course is very generic and there is some similarities and some transferable skills however there not a hug amount of relevance to my course

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there is however i do not take part in any as i am not interested
