Lots of support - where/when they can

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Minimal support - need a lot more time to study as oppose to working

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

2/5
College work is virtually unrelated to our day to day however due to our company i think it would be difficult to teach us academically what we see at work.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

3/5
There are a few set up by interns/apprentices

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BMW Group UK to a friend?

No

Why?

I think they would be better of seeking somewhere with a more progressive career ladder.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?

I would say to apply for as high of a level apprenticeship as possible as level 2,3 and 4 are very difficult to get off the line
