Work is very consistent and enjoyable, however college is not good enough and seems to always let down the overall apprenticeship idea.

Yes throughout my apprenticeship within my home department and across placements I have developed many skills, for example engineering based skills and problem solving.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

3/5
Work is very good, College is poor

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Level 2 lean manufacturing did not feel relevant, Level 4 is more relevant however still has some modules which feel wasted

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
