Decent communication, taught content is alright at university. On the job work is the most enjoyable part.

Qualification only relates in part to my job role, sometimes helps.

Lots of extra-curricular activities, however this is due to the department im in. Most things I attend are organised within the department. So it depends on what department you end up in.

Make sure you research the correct Rolls-Royce if applying here. Aerospace are not the same company.
