Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

4/5
Involved in creating, fixing and modifying data reports in Production Steering.
Work on larger projects integrating efficiency and reducing error during production.
Shadow other sectors of my department such as Distribution which is the last point the finished cars reach before they get sent off.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

4/5
University is good, one day a week of lectures learning new content as well as some independent study days where I can work on my assignments and do some extra reading. Education and work balance is great at the moment

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
I've developed multiple skills such as communication, time management and independence

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

4/5
It's well organised and structured.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
Plenty, there is always support and HR is easy to get a hold of due to having apprentice advisors

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

4/5
They offer support and we have a team of the academic skills tutor come in and speak to us about how to improve the academics side of the course

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

2/5
I don't feel like I use many project management skills in the work place at the moment as I am still learning how the business works.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

4/5
