I go to many places in the interior surface trim and spend time in every step of the process.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy meeting new people and learning about all the processes but I do not enjoy the time I have to wake up.

I have learnt a lot of new skill and further developed others, by doing new things and meeting new people.

Sometime I feel I’ve surprised people by being in there area as nobody has informed them that I’m supposed to be there and then that means there is a lack of organisation.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We get given time to go do are collage work in work if we get behind.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

If we tell them what the objectives are for the placements then we get a lot of support from the workers.
