I am a Sewing Apprentice at Rolls - Royce Motor Cars, however I have been recently completing different placements within the production area. This consists of Seat Build (Front and Rears) Cutting and Sewing Prep.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my job at Rolls -Royce Motor Cars. It has given me lots of different opportunities, and I have gained so much knowledge within the car industry.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a range of different skills so far during my apprenticeship here. I have also grown massively in confidence.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think it is fairly organised, however it sometimes lacks communication.

Our company provides an excellent amount of support towards our qualifications and our studies are taken very seriously.
