5/5
I had no idea how to cover leather or design for automotive manufacture before this apprenticeship, which I am now capable in completing to a high standard. I have learnt many skills in a wide variety of skills from Excel and PowerBI to leather sewing and covering.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

3/5
The program is relatively well structured, however there are some pitfalls. I am sometimes left without work but this is department dependent. My university course is relatively well structured, however occasionally I have situations when I am set many assignments within a short space of time, which can be stressful.

Overall my training provider is very helpful, and I have a development coach who works with me and the university to ensure that I have enough support I need.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5
My qualification directly relates to my course and will benefit me in my future career.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

2/5
We had a few events within the first year however haven't in year 2. It is mostly upon yourselves to get involved in additional activities, however it's very easy to make friends with other apprentices.
