Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
Defect analysis, quality testing to internal BMW standards.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

4/5
Enjoy work a lot and find it very rewarding, strongly dislike university programme. Quality of teaching is poor, not relevant to my role either

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
Learnt a lot of new skills and developed new knowledge

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

3/5
Reasonably well structured, has improved whilst I have been here. Work aspect of the job is more organised than the academic side. For example some of the study providers are far away, there is a lot of different providers. Personally for me my course is not atall relevant to my role.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

4/5
Good amount of support, it is more that it is available if needed in my opinion rather than proactive

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

1/5
My training provider is very poor, quality of teaching is bad and lecturers are disorganised

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

1/5
Not atall

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

5/5
Plenty of sport activities to get involved with, these could be communicated to a wider audience though as currently it is just if you know someone who is already involved then it is easy to get involved but you may not be aware of them otherwise
