Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Through the week I attend my nursery setting 4 times a week and my training programme once a week. I enjoy my job role at my nursery and enjoy the training sessions weekly, one week we have an enrichment setting and the following week we have a session with our tutor. My job role at nursery consists of looking after the children caring for them nurturing them and ensuring they are having fun and that they are safe at the same time.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy going into my sessions on Friday as both my enrichment tutor and my other tutor are very kind, supportive and helpful when it comes to teaching us new things weekly and ensuring we are also enjoy our time there and at nursery. They are very thoughtful work wise and coursework wise and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to join a early year’s apprenticeship.

I would recommend this to someone who wants to work and study childcare at the same time, you also get payed for studying the tutors are very helpful and teach new things all the time and are very supportive.
