My role is to support children with their learning ,growth and development as well as safeguarding and keeping them safe. It means I need to focus on their individual needs throughout the day and support them through transitions and learning experiences
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Yes , the learning alongside my apprenticeship has been really useful . I already learned a lot in the room so any information I learned online with my developmental coach was really helpful as I could apply it to my practice.

I have developed confidence overtime , and therefore have used my initiative to make decisions which benefit the children.

It is very well organised , I have had support every step of the way , any questions I have had about the apprenticeship have always been well explained back to me

It means I have a lot more background knowledge and theory around childcare, this gave me a new perspective and what to take into consideration when in the room ,
