My day to day role involves focusing on improving customer financial well-being through personalised support, digital education, and in-depth product knowledge. I provide in-person or phone experience, aiming to help customers feel confident, secure, and in control of their finances.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My programme was a great opportunity to network with other employees in different departments learning from them and also building new skills and knowledge from the apprenticeship to use in my day to day role
