Spring Insight and Tomorrow’s Talent Programme Review

We got an overview of all the main divisions of the UBS business, and a Q and A with employees at the end of each overview. There were also networking sessions with employees from all divisions, where we were able to ask questions in smaller groups. The insight was extremely interactive, we were asked to contribute and suggest ideas at nearly every session. We did an AI debate and had a group project to work on throughout the week, there was also a collaboration with AmplifyME where we were able to try out some trading simulations.

It was really eye-opening. There were far more jobs available within each division than I was expecting. It gave me an incredible overview of the business as a whole, as well as how all the divisions work together.

During my group project I developed my teamwork skills, and I was also able to strengthen technical and commercial skills during the AmplifyME trading simulation.

Incredibly collaborative, all the staff in the building are so friendly and everyone was so generous with their time and their insights.

I enjoyed the insight immensely, particularly because it was so interactive. It was so lovely to be placed on a table with different people each day, too as it allowed me to meet everyone. All the sessions were so interesting and engaging.
