Personally I find my role rewarding, as I build connection with parents and children. Provide a safe and secure environment, preparing appropriate learning plan and activities, and more. It can be tiring but also rewarding.

Why?
So far it's been a good place to work in, no place is perfect but I've enjoyed my work here so far. I would say there are room for improvements in certain areas but the overall atmosphere in my specific setting has been good.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bright Horizons?
Get a feel of the setting and people where you are applying to. Bright Horizons company values a welcome and warm environment. You want to feel this within your first impression. I definitely felt welcomed when I interviewed in my setting and everyone seemed friendly and nice during my interview day.
