Working at Wisbech Electrical Ltd has been a very positive experience, particularly as I was looking to establish a career in industrial electrical work.
The company offers a strong range of projects, which provides continuous opportunities to learn and develop new skills. The working environment is supportive, and there is a clear emphasis on helping individuals grow within the trade.

to start off with i had minimal experience in the trade. the constant learning while getting paid has increased my skills and commitment to the job, meaning i go out of my way to continue learning.

Wisbech electrical organise everything to the fullest extent, their relationship with the nearby colleges help communicate any and all information i require as soon as possible.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

any time i need help with work, or college work i get the assistance. no complaints
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

they have practise rigs at the home base and allow for more training on any weakness you think you have.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the difference in daily work really helps me perform better as i constantly have to think about what i am doing, this ensures i don’t switch off and auto pilot work, as this is where mistakes can occur.
