To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme and it has helped me to gain in confidence. It has given me new knowledge to support my continuous learning.

The course was well structured and I knew what I needed to do at every stage of the course.

I had support from my manager. I knew that I could ask questions to help build on my learning and get the support I needed to achieve the qualification.

It has has helped build my confidence and this was the main issue that I had prior to starting the course.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We do a range of activities with the people support such as doing their shopping, helping them to purchase gifts for family birthdays and Christmas. We also do activities such as tubing, biking and swimming and get people to come into service to do activities.
