Why?
I would recommend Voyagecare because it values both staff and the people we support, and it provides a positive and respectful environment. I believe anyone working there or using the service would have a good experience.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to VOYAGE Care?
I would also advise others applying to Voyage Care that its a better organisation to work and improve through training and applying it. Additionally, to have a good understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and to be ready to follow policies and procedures carefully. From my experience during my NVQ Level 3, I found that being open to feedback and working well as part of a team is very important.
