They’re encouraging and help when I ask. My manager checks in sometimes about it but getting time out to complete the work is rare so I do it from home.

Why?
I think it’s good if you want to settle in a role but if I had a pick of other nurseries I probably wouldn’t have it as my first choice. The people are lovely but the company itself is awkward
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bright Horizons?
Be prepared there’s a lot of conflicting policies and procedures. The people are lovely and you’ll have fun but the company itself is challenging
