Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I am a business admin in HR, I support with benefits queries as well as some A&D processes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
It's engaging, I enjoy the workshops and meeting other people in my cohort. Everything has been really easy to follow so far with lots of support when needed.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
The skills I've developed have helped a lot alongside my day to day role. The soft skills particularly like resilience, communication and building relationships. I try to implement all learnings into my own role.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
We have the workshop invites all set up ready to go which makes it easy to plan work around those. All the topics also flow really easily.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I always get my 6 hours OTJ each week. I get a lot of support from my manager, she's always asking how I'm getting on and helping support anything I need with.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My skills coach is great, I feel really supported and am able to go to her with any issues.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I think the qualification supports my role really well, I can apply all the learnings to my own role and feel it's made me develop better professionally and personally.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
As a team we try to arrange social events, especially around special occasions like christmas/birthdays etc. Other than that I don't feel there's many other activities to be involved in.
