Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

In my role, I am learning from my colleagues on a day-today basis, administering support across the business and helping as many people as I can. We have support tickets that I manage daily and also partake in lessons through my apprenticeship to learn more and how to use several systems and building my IT knowledge.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy this, day-to-day I feel as though I am learning so much, and providing me with a fantastic foundation to grow and build my career.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt several skills since starting this role, I am now able to effectively administer support, script, build servers and many other IT skills that are required for this job.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure is very organised, I have dedicated time in my week for learning and building my apprenticeship, whilst also ensuring I complete my day-to-day activities.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve an immense amount of support from both my team and the apprentice team, who ensure I am up to date with my apprenticeship and provide any support or assistance should it be required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider provides me with a great amount of support as well, with weekly sessions and bi-weekly 1-2-1s to focus on areas that I personally need to develop
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification provides me with a great foundation and area to grow my skills in this role, it also helps me to learn about the most effective ways to manage my time and administer support.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I do not partake in any extra-curricular activities at the workplace, however there are several activites across our multiple sites that can be taken,

Why?
It has a fantastic work environment, where everyone is friendly and helps each other grow and develop their skills. I enjoy coming into work everyday and it doesn't feel like a chore, I actively want to come in everday. It is also a fantastic place to come in and learn new skills, especially for an apprentice.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to J & E Hall International?
Be yourself, and make sure you have the mindset to learn, as J and E Hall are committed to developing your skills and helping you with your qualifications, the support is greatly appreciated.
