Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I liaise with the talent team as well as all the other departments to coordinate the early careers recruitment, for example placements, apprenticeships and graduate roles. I develop social media posts and job ads, as well as create relationships with schools and universities to promote job roles.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I have been given a huge amount of responsibility from the beginning, allowing me to have a true impact within the organisation, as well as being able to develop both personally and professionally.

Support and Guidance
How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
I have received support every step of the way, with weekly catch up calls not just regarding my work and my goals, but also regarding my well-being. We also have weekly coffee catch ups to talk about our weekends so that we can connect with each other on a more personal and friendly basis.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Two words that I would use to describe the culture at Stellantis is friendly and supportive. There is no feeling of strong or scary hierarchy and it is pushed that we talk to anyone and everyone - we are all treated the same. I also feel very comfortable to ask any questions, as they say 'no question is a silly question'.
