In my role at Ginger Nut, I support both the enrolment team and the delivery team to ensure a smooth and effective apprenticeship experience. On a day‑to‑day basis, I help support the enrolment process , ensuring learners are correctly onboarded and that all required information is accurate and up to date.
I also provide ongoing support to learners and tutors throughout the apprenticeship journey, acting as a key point of contact for queries, guidance, and administrative support. This includes assisting with systems, documentation, communication, and resolving any issues that arise to ensure learners feel supported throughout their apprenticeship.

I really enjoy my programme. It has been a great experience so far and I find it engaging and I have learnt so many new skills.

Yes, I have developed my communication and organisational skills. I have also learnt new skills such as time management and how to use new internal and external systems.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well organised and structured. I receive a high level of support from my managers and tutors, who provide me with helpful tools and guidance to support my course. I have monthly reviews with my line manager and tutor to discuss my progress and any support I may need. I also have joint progress reviews with both my line manager and tutor, which helps me understand the next steps and my current progress . Overall, the support I receive is excellent, and I have never felt unsure or unsupported at any stage of the programme.

I receive a high level of support from my training provider while working towards my qualifications. My tutor is always available to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide regular feedback

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Ginger Nut Training?
My advice would be to ask questions whenever you are unsure, as both the tutors and the Ginger Nut team are always happy to support you whenever they can. It’s important to make the most of the support and systems offered throughout the course, including resources such as Perlego, webinars, LinkedIn Learning, and other learning tools provided to support you during your apprenticeship.
