I am the receptionist so i reply to emails, welcome clients/ external employees, accept deliveries, maintain the office and stock

i have developed many skills since i joined this apprenticeship including: microsoft packages, soft skills, organisational skills, people skills etc

I would say it is laid out pretty well, not sure how i would change it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager is very helpful and so are a few of the other employees, however it is up to me to put myself out there and ask for more support which seems daunting.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

pro Apprenticeships seems to be very involved and very helpful but there's only so much they can do.

Why?
The company is honestly amazing, lovely people and great benefits, very welcoming and friendly.. I think that since BAE took over things have become a little more complicated and adjustments are still being made.

Just be yourself and be confident
