Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis, I serve customers on till, help customers with queries on makeup, skincare etc, replenish stock, put out delivery and make social media posts for the store. In the beginning of the week I also help zero off stock and fill gaps in the store.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme a lot, I like learning new things and putting them into practice at work. I also really love working as a team through the day to get jobs done.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my confidence in public as I speak all day to my team and customers, I enjoy helping customers with recommendations. I have learnt new skills, especially on the HHT which includes price check, zero to zero, fragrance tester order, pick list, clearance and product enquiry. These skills help me out everyday at work.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured, I have meetings with my mentor monthly and she goes through and explains what I need to do next, also if I am ever struggling with a module my mentor is very quick to respond to messages to help me out. The programme is definitely helping me with what I want to do next.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve support from everyone on my team and my manager always checks what training I have to do and assigns good times for me to complete them. I always get time to do my 2 hour weekly training.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My mentor always encourages me when working towards my qualifications, we always talk about next steps and moving forward.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
