Support worker for a supported living scheme supporting 4 adults with learning disabilities,autism and epilepsy, complete daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning,sleep in shifts,1-1 shifts supporting individual to be part of the community, medication administration, health and safety tasks,attending appointments and making appointments

Would you recommend VOYAGE Care to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I find working for voyage care rewarding. I find all staff friendly and motivated and care co-ordinator, manager and supervisor are always available when needed
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to VOYAGE Care?
I would encourage them to just go for it! I would suggest being honest as to what they can already offer and any knowledge or skill gaps,as I find voyage care are always there to help people gain confidence and skills
