I have learnt lots of new information and skills but also further developed base skills from school specified to the job

The whole year is structured in advance with all the timings and information needed to proceed through the year

5/5
My training provider gives me all the support necessary to complete the qualification
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Very good overview but some areas could be more specified to the job that follows the training such as specific areas or tasks mirrored from the qualification.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
At the start of the year we went on a large team building week away which helped us get to know our colleagues and give us an idea of expectations going forward. There could be more accessible activities during the apprenticeship or better communicated if there are activities available.
