Working in manufacturing of BMW engines. As a part of the maintenance team, we keep production running and on going improvement projects.

Had several issues with organisation due to certain managers not completing what they should be. We self organise.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

This ties into the organisation, we get support from people but not in the correct areas and have to work for this support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Is 0 possible? BMet lacks organisation and fudge a lot of the work that is completed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Well brief areas are covered, but do not go into depth and real examples at work.

I would warn them of issues, however the experience you get and opportunities are good. On top of this there are good benefits.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
Do not expect much off the college, self study is a must. Give it your all and take on all experiences given.
