Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Day to day, I carried out quality checks, supported investigations into errors, and worked with the team to reduce issues like incorrect parts being fitted. It was a mix of hands-on work and problem solving, helping improve efficiency and maintain quality across the line.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
I also enjoy the learning side, as it helps me understand the theory behind what I’m doing at work. While some tasks can be challenging, overall I find the programme interesting and it’s helping me develop useful skills for my future career in engineering.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I’ve also strengthened my communication, teamwork, and digital skills by working with colleagues and using systems to record data and track parts. Overall, the programme has helped me become more confident in a practical engineering environment.
