To support my resident with their day to day life. Support with medication, personal care, going out, hospital appointments and assisting them with their plans for the day

My employer gave me a lot of advice, ways to approach situations. Time to work on my apprenticeship. Explains things to my understanding when am stuck and encourage me through out my work

My trainer taught me to always look at things or understand things in a different perspectives. Ways to approach situations in different directions.
