Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Insight week in technology consulting at EY. 1 day in person 2 online. First day was introducing us to the company. 2nd day learnt more about what roles at the company involved and took part in a case study and group work. 3rd day we presented our work to the other people taking part in the technology consulting part. Involved lots of networking, talks and working as a group.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Really insightful and gave us lots of information in the short amount of time we had. I now understand a lot more about the life of a technology consultant

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Company culture seems really great, essentially every employee said that they liked the people that they work with. Only thing was that they said during busy periods you can sometimes be in the office quite late although that is personal preference and different for different service lines and teams.

Would you recommend EY to a friend?

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY
Apply and give it a go. They don't ask for a CV or previous experience in the application process so they purely just test you on skills that they assess through the online test and hirevue. It is quite competitive though as there was about 250 people selected across the various service lines and offices and they said there was over 3500 applicants.
