My role is shift leading, i deal with pws monies and medication on a daily basis. I also delegate different jobs and support staff with supervisions and mentoring.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed completing my level 3 diploma in adult health care. It gave me alot of new knowledge about my job role.
